He achieved this with an impressive record of no losses or deficiencies. After his time with the 82nd, Wyatt moved into a role as the Executive Officer in a Kansas City Recruiting Company.

With a degree in Applied Mathematics from The University of Central Arkansas, his career prior to his time in service exposed him to various industries and their operations. This included data analysis and research various types of products and equipment for Fortune 500 companies such as CH Robinson, Walmart, and KraftHienz.

U.S. Army – Executive Officer – 10/9/23 through Present

As an Executive Officer (XO) Wyatt was the second in command of a recruiting company in Kansas City, Missouri, leading over 50 soldiers. He served as the primary administrative officer in the company, ensuring all of the company’s internal issues were addressed in a timely manner. He was in charge of coordinating many events and took command of the company multiple times when senior leadership was called elsewhere. In Wyatt’s tenure, the company drove year over year production results up 20%, and the company as a whole performed better than it had in the entire previous decade. This job required working with various different industries and organizations to facilitate collaboration and ensure success for the company. Wyatt received the top rating of all Lieutenants in the battalion from his commander for his service in this role.

U.S. Army – Platoon Leader – 8/21/21 through 10/7/23

As a Platoon Leader of a Distribution Platoon in the 82nd Airborne Division, Wyatt was in charge of leading over 40 soldiers. He was responsible for over 70 pieces of wheeled equipment valued at over 17 million dollars. He was also in charge of the maintenance of these vehicles which included daily inspections and ensuring that all vehicles were operational and kept to standards. This included writing weekly situation reports giving the status and condition of the equipment.

Additionally, one of Wyatt’s duties in this position was to be the battalion’s Air Mobility Officer. This required evaluating equipment, giving what is called a “white glove inspection”. Additional schooling with a credential was given to qualify him for this role and to ensure that every piece of equipment was inspected to the top-degree, safe to load onto and move via military aircraft.

KraftHeinz – Category Sales Representative – 7/25/19 through 2/19/21

As a Category Sales Representative, Wyatt was in charge of selling product onto the shelves of Sam’s Club. This meant learning the business all the way from the farmers who grow the crops, to shipping product to the store. Wyatt was heavily involved in market analysis to predict spikes and slumps in production and or sales based on a wide variety of factors. This led to a fantastic opportunity to understand markets and how to leverage seasonal and operational factors to always drive the best prices for the company.

Walmart inc. – Category Space Analyst – 6/21/17 through 7/24/19

As a Category Space Analyst, Wyatt was focused on finding data driven solutions to optimize operations. His primary focus was on adjacencies- meaning the mathematical understanding of what items needed to be placed next to another on a shelf for optimal sales. This required working with buyers, vendors, and internal teams to be able to pull the correct data, compile comparable items, and deliver data-driven optimization.

While working with Walmart, Wyatt took multiple site visits to stores to better understand the industry as a whole. From storage to packaging to equipment used, to moving product inside and outside of the store, everything went into the analytics of most effective placement for items for customers, and to save Walmart and the customer money.

C.H. Robinson – Sales Executive (Intern) – 5/9/16 through 6/10/17

While working as a Sales Executive while interning with C.H. Robinson, Wyatt worked full-time while also balancing being a full-time college student. The primary focus of this role was business-to-business sales. This job required excellent customer service, problem solving, and relationship building.

As a third-party logistics company, C.H. Robinson’s goal is that anything that can be shipped, will be efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively transported. This required numerous site visits to understand the often-complicated shipping requirements of different pieces of equipment. During the time working for the company, Wyatt became acquainted with many different industries, equipment and modes of transportation and their specific logistics for companies who contracted C.H. Robinson during that time.

Wyatt won runner up in the company’s intern of the year competition in 2017 for establishing a reverse keg retrieval program that the company still uses today.
