Theresa Shimansky

Theresa is an Expert Equipment Certified Appraiser (EECA) through the Institute of Equipment Valuation.  Theresa is also a  Master Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser, and a Certified Senior Business Analyst.. She received her BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 1998 and her MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix in 2000. She holds membership in the Institute of Business Appraisers, the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts, the NEBB Institute, and the International Society of Business Analysts.

Over the last 12 years, Theresa has dedicated herself to specializing in Industry and Economic Research while working for Gary Leeman, C.P.A., P.C. As Director of Research for the firm she performs internet research for Business Valuations and Forensic matters. Theresa has provided research for the IBA (Institute of Business Appraisers) on behalf of its national members. She has earned national recognition as one of the top industry and economic researchers. Theresa has been a co-instructor for IBA and for the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts, as well as having lectured on Industry and Economic Research for the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
