Paul is regularly requested to appraise all types of equipment in numerous industries. He has been awarded the ECA (Equipment Certified Appraiser) from the Institute of Equipment Valuation (IEV). This professional designation is awarded to appraisers who have completed the necessary coursework, passed the exams, and demonstrated proficiency in equipment valuation. The ECA is a widely recognized and respected professional certification that demonstrates expertise in the field of equipment appraisal.
As a business intermediary at First Choice Business Brokers of Seattle Metro, Paul helps the clients buy and sell existing businesses. This encompasses assessing the financials and business assets to establish the most likely sale price, advertising, negotiating, and guiding through due diligence, supporting business owners in navigating the intricate process of selling their business.
Previously, Paul sold real estate since 2003 and holds real estate broker licenses in both Washington and Florida. The companies he worked for include John L. Scott Real Estate, Keller Williams Realty, and eXp Realty. He taught real estate classes, mentored new agents, and served on Agent Leadership Council.
Paul has a BA in Business Administration from University of Phoenix, having completed courses in accounting, finance, marketing, management, and economics, and received a well-rounded education in the fundamentals of business.
