Geoff is a hands-on senior executive with over 30 years of extensive financial, administrative, M&A, due diligence, deal integration, and succession planning experience. Geoff possesses strong qualifications in general management, operations, accounting, cash management, planning & budgeting, staff development and C-level leadership. Mr. Warrell has participated in all facets of the M&A process including valuations, deal negotiations and structuring, due diligence and capital formation. Over the years, Geoff has successfully brought dozens of transactions to fruition ranging in value from $500,000 to $100 million. This broad deal experience has provided Mr. Warrell with a thorough understanding of the transactional buying and selling process. Geoff prides himself on providing his clients with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

Leveraging decades of business experience, Mr. Warrell founded GDW Professional Business Services, LLC dba/LINK Fort Worth in 2018 with the aim of bringing professional transactional advisory services to  lower middle market business owners. LINK Fort Worth provides a variety of transactional services to the marketplace including: buy-side and sell-side advisory services, exit planning, business valuations, business consulting and capital formation.  

Recently, in response to requests from many lending and accountant relationships who needed equipment appraisals to support their client base, Geoffrey pursued and received his ECA (Equipment Certified Appraiser) designation through the Institute of Equipment Valuation.

Geoff works with bankers, CPAs, attorneys, courts, and others delivering Certified Machinery and equipment appraisals in numerous industries consistent with the data collection and reporting guidelines set forth by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice promulgated by Congress and the Appraisal Foundation. Geoffrey is an advocate of the appraisal ensuring that the client receives accurate and substantiated data collection in addition to a written Certified Appraisal Report consistent mandates of USPAP Standards 7 & 8.

Prior to founding GDW Professional Business Services, Mr. Warrell served in a variety of positions including: Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Fractional CFO, Business Consultant, Venture Capital Principal, Business Owner, and multiple roles in the Accounting and Finance field.
